Death by chocolate ice cream

Chocolate base, chocolate chunks, chocolate sauce. You were warned.

You need

• 1 cup whole milk
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp cream cheese, soft
• ¼ cup chopped chocolate (mix-in)

Steps

1. Whisk the cream cheese, sugar and cocoa until smooth.
2. Whisk in the milk and cream. Pour into the pint.
3. Lid on. Freeze flat for 24 hours.
4. Press Scoop, then Ice Cream. Make a hole, add the chopped chocolate, then Mix-In.
5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
