Chocolate soft serve

Rich, dark, and swirly.

You need

• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp chocolate instant pudding mix
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

1. Whisk the sugar, pudding mix and cocoa together in a big bowl.
2. Slowly add the milk, cream and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
3. Pour into an empty pint (base closed).
4. Lid on. Freeze flat for 24 hours.
5. Press Soft Serve, then Ice Cream.
6. Snap on the swirl lid, then pull the handle to swirl into a cone or chilled bowl.

Dairy-free: Use unsweetened oat milk for the whole milk and unsweetened coconut cream for the heavy cream.

🌿 Make it healthier: Use 2 tbsp agave nectar instead of the sugar, then spin on Soft Serve, Lite Ice Cream.
